A workflow run is a single execution of a workflow from trigger to final step. Multiple steps within one run count as one run. Runs that fail mid-execution due to an error do not count against your monthly limit.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. No contracts for monthly plans.
