Own the whole thing
At Blocks you own complete features, not slices. You design, ship, and support the things you build. There are no hand-offs between design and engineering.
Work with real customers
Everyone on the team talks to customers. You will be in Slack channels with the people using your features. Feedback is direct and immediate.
Move fast, document it
We ship every week. We also write down what we decided and why. Speed matters, but so does making sure the next person can understand what you built.

We are hiring across engineering, product, and go-to-market. All roles are Tel Aviv-based with remote flexibility.
Platform Engineer
Work with Ronen on the workflow execution engine, LLM routing infrastructure, and the webhook/integration layer. Go or TypeScript on the backend, Kubernetes, strong infrastructure instincts.
Technical Writer
Own the Blocks documentation and developer guides. You will interview engineers, understand what they built, and write the docs that help customers actually use it. Previous experience with API docs or developer tooling preferred.
Solutions Engineer
Work with prospects to understand their workflow challenges and show them how Blocks solves them. You will build live demos, write integration guides, and become the go-to person for technical questions in the sales process.
